WHO WE ARE
NCVO Ghana trains and offer consultancy services to daring non-profit organizations led by great founders and co-build innovative social enterprises with them; leveraging their extensive grassroot network and insights. Our work is made possible by our generous Sponsors and Partners.
We seek to advance the course of social entrepreneurship, public accountability, and transparency within the non-profit sector in a seamless manner to achieve public trust and sustainable development for diverse groups of persons, communities, and geographies in Ghana and beyond.

WHAT WE DO
CONSULTANCY SERVICES
NCVO Ghana office hours grant leaders of nonprofit organizations the opportunity to visit our office in-person or virtually for expert review, assessment, and general compliance advice and support.
TRAINING
We design and facilitate short courses, customized workshops and certification programs for nonprofit leaders and organizations.
ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT
We co-build social enterprises with proximate and resilient leaders through our NPL Fellowship Programme.
VOLUNTEERISM
Volunteerism plays a crucial role in addressing socio-economic challenges in Ghana. However, many non-profit organizations struggle with managing volunteers effectively due to a lack of structured systems, resources, and training.
COMMUNITY
NCVO Ghana gives mentorship and enviable networking opportunities to founders, funders and non-profit operators and also serves as an ecosystem center for the non-profit community.

OUR MANIFESTO OF CHANGE
Nonprofit organizations are community-based and have proximity to local issues. We believe nonprofit organizations have the potential to be more impactful and more sustainable if they are supported to shift focus from the unsustainable donation model to embracing social enterprising. We believe that our local expertise and experience are urgently needed to identify, train and fund great nonprofit founders to turn their passion into job-creation and systemic gap-bridging vehicles.
